Transponder System now at Cardinal
Cardinal Speedway is using the "mylaps.com - amb" Transponder System this year, thanks to the generosity of
Dean Deming and Hydrostatic Pipe Service! In addition to the 100 transponder system, a large scoreboard is located in turn one!
The transponders will be provided to each driver upon check-in each race night, however the driver is responsible for the transponder pouch (which can be purchased at Southwest Racing Specialties in Hobbs).
All drivers must mount the transponder pouch even with or behind the steering box, as low as possible on the frame.
Only IMCA sanctioned classes will be using the transponders.
Each racer will be required to have a Raceiver for the 2013. This technical advancement allows for better communication between the drivers and track officials, allowing for greater efficiency and a safer environment!
